ABOUT ME
Pacho DeLuna, a proud Texan from Weslaco, has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. From a young age, he demonstrated a natural talent for business—selling oranges to his teachers and lunch staff in first grade. This early hustle set the foundation for a career driven by ambition, faith, and a commitment to serving others.
During his time at Texas A&M University, Pacho co-founded "BuRicos," a taco venture that catered to college students, further fueling his passion for business. His studies took him abroad to Madrid, Spain, where he broadened his global perspective. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering, he embarked on a career in engineering, working for leading firms in civil, oil, and gas industries. One of his most notable achievements was leading the design and construction of the first American compressor station sending natural gas into Mexico, showcasing his ability to manage large-scale projects with precision and expertise.
Parallel to his engineering career, Pacho began investing in real estate across College Station, Houston, and San Antonio. This reignited his entrepreneurial drive, leading him to transition from engineering to full-time business ownership. He founded PQN Services, a company providing landscape maintenance across the San Antonio area, which became the catalyst for his growing portfolio of businesses.

Pacho’s mission extends beyond business—his deep faith and dedication to family fuel his purpose. Whether building companies that serve communities in Texas and Mexico or mentoring others in business, he remains steadfast in his belief that success is rooted in integrity, hard work, and faith.

About Pacho
Pacho DeLuna, a native of Weslaco, Texas, is a businessman, family man and devout Christian. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident from childhood, beginning with selling oranges to school staff in first grade, which ultimately led to a business serving the Greater San Antonio region.
At Texas A&M University, Pacho co-founded "BuRicos," a taco business targeting college students, while also spending six months studying and working in Madrid, Spain. Following his degree, he worked as a civil engineer and later as a design engineer in the oil and gas sector, leading the construction of the first American Compressor Station to Mexico.
During his engineering career, Pacho invested in real estate, reigniting his entrepreneurial passion. Upon completing his engineering projects, he established PQN Services ("Why Not Services"), providing HOA and subdivision maintenance throughout San Antonio. He is now focused on developing impactful businesses in Texas and Mexico.
